Windows Update for USB Wireless

Hello

For the last months, Windows Update has always sugested me to download the
following Update: 'Ralink Driver Update for USB Wireless 802.11 b/g Adaptor'.
I've never downloaded this Update because I don't have any information about
it. I've tried to find more details on Microsoft site but there was nothing;
I've tried the Internet but the data found was not very clear.

Can you please explain what this Update is really for? And what will be the
consequences if I install it? I was avoiding installing it because I work
with a Mouse and Keyboard Wireless (both from HP, just like the Desktop) and
I'm afraid that I will have problems working with them after the Update.

One more question: is it possible to undo this Update, if I decide to
install it, using Windows Restoure Point?

Thanks in advance

Its a driver update for your wireless onboard device.
Its not reccommended to update any drivers from MS Update, if you really
need device drivers obtain them from HP, in your case.
If you were to update and want to go back, in devices you roll back the
driver
