Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0

I'm having problems with the control panel keeping my "Enhance pointer
precison" settings for the mouse.

I click on the check box "Enhance pointer precision" and the setting stays
until I reboot the computer. Once I reboot it is no longer checked.

All the other settings remain, but the "Enhance..." doesn't.

Any suggestions?

yes, leave it off. FWIW, turning that off is the official fix for
"drifting mouse cursor"

Thank you for the help, however, I don't have the drifting mouse cursor
problem.

The mouse acts so much better for me with the "Enhanced..." checked.

I'm figuring there is a problem writing to the Registry...so there should be
a way I can put that into the Registry and turn it on.

If you have any other ideas, I would appreciate the thoughts!
