Wireless Lan card refuses to enable

Despite uninstalling and reintalling drivers on Toshiba Sattlite A30 my
wireless lan card keeps coming up code 22. I've tried system restore but to
no avail. Help!
 
Look on the side of your laptop for a switch to turn the NIC on.
