Wireless keyboard.

I have been using a Microsoft Multimedia wireless keyboard for several months
without any problems. I now cannot get the sound volume ,plus and minus, keys
to work. Whenever these two keys were used, a green colored bar would come on
the screen, just above the time on the screen bottom right. I have run the
Test wizard which is part of the Microsoft software for the keyboard and all
the keys appear to be working OK. I can change the vulume levels by other
means but I really miss my green bar. Has anyone any suggestions please ? Oh,
fresh batteries made no difference.

Uninstall your current keyboard software, then download
and install the latest version designed for Windows XP.
