i recently just got wireless internet. ive had a cable connection and my
outlook was working fine. when i got this wireless-g broadband router for
another lab top my outlook on this computer stopped sending and recieving
messages.

i get this error message:The host 'pop-server' could not be found. Please
verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account:
'pop-server', Server: 'pop-server', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

i know my incoming and outgoing server settings are correct cause i can use
them from my work connection with outlook and they work fine.

This isn't an Outlook Express group actually, but...from that error message,
your server name looks like it's missing something. Usually a POP3 server
name would be something like "pop-server.domainname.com", not just
"pop-server".

The name of the server in your error message - Server: 'pop-server' -is
incorrect. It should be a regular Internet name alongs the lines of
"Pop.yourisp.com". Your ISP should be able to ginve you the full Internet
names of both the receiving and sending email servers.
