wireless email send

Hi i have just set up my wireless connection, but windows mail cannot send
and recieve my emails, when i connect via ethernet cable i connect fine.

any ideas what i need to do?

Try Tools>accounts>double click account>connection tab>remove the check mark
from 'always connect using'>ok/apply your way out.
Can you now send and receive?
 
Hi i have that already set as unticked?


i just get a timed out when trying to connect to the mail server, this is
very wierd, as i can connect using a ethernet cable

Does anything work on wireless, ie web browsing / newsgroups / ftp etc etc?
If not, maybe some settings aren't correct.
if you are connected ok, check your router settings.
 
Are you able to visit various web sites (with the browser) while on wireless?
