I have a strange problem that no one seems to be able to solve.

On my laptop the wireless will drop out every 60 minutes for about 2-3
seconds. Then it comes back and everything works fine.

The PC has been very thoroughly checked for viruses and spyware and come up
empty. The wireless modem was replaced and that didn't solve the problem. I
also tried purchasing a new wireless card but that didn't solve the problem.

I do have the latest drivers. The card is an Linksys Wireless-G Notebook
Adapter model WPC54G v2, driver version 6.0.0.18

Any thoughts?

Thx

Has it anything to do with power saving. You could check that out!
Maybe it comes back up cos there is wake on lan also!

And then consider your ISP. Check their status pages if htey
have one, or ask support.

Francisco,

Check Properties for your WiFi client. Is 802.1x enabled?
