Wireless connection

I just installed a Belken wireless card in my daughters
PC. I can connect to my home wireless network, but
everytime I try to connect to the internet I get the
box "Webpage unavailable offline. To view this page,
click connect." When I do this it wants to use one of
the dial up options. How do I fix this?

GO TO TOOLS
INTERNET OPTIONS
CONNECTIONS
SELECT NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION
CLICK OK
