Wireless card not available to Limited Users

I had to re-install a hard drive to a Compaq 2800 Laptop for a client.
She has a Motorola NIC and everything works fine when logged in as Admin
or with Admin rights. But the two Limited User accounts appear to shut
off the wireless NIC (the power led goes off) and can't connect to the
network unless I use a cable. Is there a policy setting that could be
causing this, as I can't find any other reason it is happening.

Thank you,

Sounds like this isn't a Windows issue, this is a Motorola driver issue.
You might want to contact Motorola about this one.
