Wireless Belkin NC G 54Mps

I get this message when I attempt to install the driver form the cd for this
pcmcia card on my compaq EVO N1020V

Belkin 802.11g Network Adapter frees my computer during the installation.

xp compatiable for this card
re-installed xp pro
what else can i do
