Winxp64bit and ActiveX - can't boot up

G

Guest

Hi there,

we have Windows xp64 bit OS and recently installed ActiveX, as Microsoft's
website asked us to when visiting www.microsoft.com. At the same time we
installed the Windows Update program as well.

Now, when we turn on the PC, it gets to the "Loading XP64" screen, (the one
before you get to the login screen), and then reboots. This cycle repeats
endlessly.

Can anyone advise what the problem is?

TIA,
