WinXP version

Eric

Hello,

I am looking for a link/table comparing WinXP Pro, Home and Media Center. I
am pretty sure I had found one a while ago on the MS site but I can't find
it again...

Thank you.

Eric.

That is not correct. Media Center is built on XP Pro, with the
ability to join a domain removed and additional multimedia
capabilities added.

This is *not* correct. Media Center Edition is a version of Windows XP, and
thus can be readily compared to the other XP versions. It is Windows XP
Professional plus a bunch of extra media-related features, and minus one
feature, the ability to join a domain.
