Winxp SP1 & HD 160 GB

I just bought 2 Hitachi SATA HD 160 GB to be installed in RAID 0 but Windows
doesn't recognize the drives; after researching Hitachi's website I found out
that"Win XP requires the addition of SP1 to provide 48 bit addressing support
for access to HDD with capacities greater than 137 GB". I have the regular
XP Home and use SP1 & SP2 but when the old HDD's are removed and put the new
Hitachis , my original CD Win XP doesn't have SP1; How can I go around this?
Thanks,

You will need 2 things. First, check out this link and use it to
incorporate Service Pack 2 into your XP CD:

Second, you will need to press F6 during XP Setup to install the SATA
RAID drivers. These should be on your motherboard's support CD or on
your motherbaord maker's website (or chipset maker's website).

With the Autostreamer program (site below) you can slipstream SP1a or SP2
into your copy of XP. If you don't have SP2 you can download it at the site
below (266 MB) or if you are in a hurry you might be able to get it at a
nearby Staples or Circuit City for free. You will need an operational
computer system, about 1 GB of HDD space available, a CD burner and program
(Nero, Roxio, etc. product) and a blank CD to complete the process.
Autostreamer will walk you through the creation of an ISO file that you burn
to the CD.

Autostreamer is available here:

SP2 is available here:
