WINXP reinstall, part 2

Downloaded and ran to floppy SVCPAK2. Setup opened but didn't like. I am
still trying to create 6 WXPProFSvcPak2 disks from MS download. When a drive
is designated to extract, it stops wth no error message. Any help will be
appreciated. Bear with me folks, I am an old man and learn slowly. Thanks,

posted the same problem on the general; discussion board one up from this one
this morning and got the answer there ....reload the same disk and then
browse for the file on the disk itsw there usually in 1386 good luck
 
Thanks. I have given up. Dell refuses to fix problems with their software.
They also say software problem for any problem. Off to Best Buy. Thanks
