You don't. It does it automatically once you go on-line (the Internet). It
should anyhow.
 
Okay, let's try this again... I am on dial-up and not 'always-on'. I'd like
to set my system to sync the time when I am most likely to be online. I
would also like to synch daily. My questions now are:
1. Can this be done?
2. How do I go about it?

Not with WindowsXP. You'll need a third party app to do this. Do a Google
search, there may be freeware or shareware that you can download.
