WINXP LOGGING OFF PROBLEM

Hello @ll,

My system:

Gateway X86-based PC AMD ~1790 MHz
OS Microsoft Windows XP Professional, v. 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
Total Physical Memory 1,024.00 MB

I am having a problem when I turn off WIN XP. It really takes a long time to
saving my settings and an even longer time to shutting down.

Possible causes might have been that I uninstalled Norton System Works 2005
and I installed Zone Alarm Security Suite instead. In addition, I installed
the latest update for WIN XP.

Your advice will be much appreciated.

What is a long time to shut down ? Are there any problems in shutting
down ?Did you uninstall all of Norton ? From what I`ve read ZoneAlarm
has become very bloated . ( Yes , I have used Zone Alarm - many years
ago )

The problem actually was caused by Zone Alarm Suite. I wrote to them and
they instructed me to uninstall it and wait until they solve the problem.
The can take al the time they want, I am asking for my money to be refunded
and I will try another product. Thank you guys for your help.
