WinXP Log On

While trying to log on to my account the the windows loged on & log off immediatelly. I 've tryied to use other account but was exactly the same. Same sittuation while trying to log within Safe Mode. Any idea what causes this problem & how to handle it..?? Any ideas will be appreciated.
