WinXP Home w/ SP2:

01. ) Three User accounts created in User Account icon of Control Panel.

02. ) When starting up at logon screen to any of the three accounts there
is no problem.

03.) When Switching Users screen goes blank.

04. ) What's up with that?

I suspect it has to with your system, i.e., the hardware of your system.
You'll probably have to provide more information though. Switching users
consumes an enormous amount of system resources, including memory and
virtual memory. If you don't have enough free space on your hard drive, that
could be your problem (it's a good idea to maintain at least 15% or better
free space on your hard drive).
I have two users set up on my computer(s), and it is very rare that I make
use of the User Switching feature of WinXP. Only because when I personally
log on, I tend run applications that require a lot of memory and other
system resources.

The hd is 120 Gig brand new Seagate with a fresh installation of XP and 256
Meg RAM.

What other information is it that you require?
