SP 2 was installed and as I understand from a previous post I could not do a
repair-install or clean install with a non-integrated WinXp CD, unless I
uninstall SP 2 from my system. What happens in a serious crash where I am
unable to boot and remove SP2? I bought the WinXP-Home Upgrade CD (not OEM)
and installed SP2 from the CD Microsoft sent me. How can I slipstream these
two CD's to make re-install possible?
My system is: Dell 4100 Desktop, 396 MB
RAM, DVD-CD-Drive, CD-RW-Drive with DriveLineAccess and RecordNow software.
Please give simple instructions. I am sort of a 77-year old beginner.
Thanks,
Gerry
