used partionmagic7 to shift partition sizes on a win98 & xp dual boot drive. after restarting win98 displayed "nonboot disk in drive". there was none. cured this by loading norton ghost image file. winxp froze on the 2nd screen to appear after start up, dark blue strips on top & bottom, light blue with xp logo in middle. mouse indicator appears & moves. loading norton ghost image file has no effect on xp. can not turn off computer using on-off switch. restart switch works & can choose win98 or xp.
