WinXP Firewall!

Hi Everyone,
I have the Windows XP Firewall, and when I try to send files/recieve over
AIM, MSN, it either times out, or says "Waiting for person to accept" even
though they accept...

Can I add the ports they use?

Im very sure its the firewall, Winmx said I don't have TCP access?
Any help greatly appreciated. Any ideas?
