WinXP Desktop Theme

Hello,

I am having a problem with my selected desktop theme or profile.
I have it set to windows classic and would like it to stay that way.
Everytime I reboot or start my system it reverts back to WinXP theme.
This happened after I installed a new Seagate Baracuda drive. I am
used to building system's not fooling around with the WinXP operating
system. I am guessing there might be a corrupt file somewhere. If
someone could help me figure out what is wrong or point me in the
right direction I would appreciate it.
