winxp cpu usage

hi, for the past week my cpu usage has been at 100%, and
never changes. it's usually svchost.exe that's running at
99%. there are 4-5 svchosts.exe running at one time,
everuthing runs so slow, pls help..

Sounds like a virus. Probably Blaster - which is known

to use svchost.exe and dllhost.exe. There are other posts
with this problem in this forum and they have links to
tech documents which explain this better. Update your
virus protection program and check.
