winword.exe won't close

Hi,
I'm having a weird problem. When i open Word (it seems that it is only when
IE opens it to view a .doc on a web page), after i stop using it (using
back, in IE) the winword.exe won't close. Then, after 10-20 min (or if i
close and reopen IE), it will start using around 80% of my CPU, when it
isn't open, i'm not viewing anything. So everytime i am finished with it, i
have to ctrl+alt+del and end process... Not very fun.
Could someone help me?

I would suggest that you reinstall word or goto
c:/program files/windows/winword/setup and choose the
repair option.
