winup.dll, millennium keys

I have two problems. The first one is I am now getting
the message "module winup.dll not found". The other
problem is when I use the caps lock key, the millennium
keys "HELP", "MUTE ON", "MUTE OFF" come on and if I need
to type 2 caps in a row, the help screen comes up. It is
driving me CRAZY!!! It seems like I can use most
everything even with the error "module winup.dll not
found" but it must be a problem

See if you can follow the path below and find winup.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data\winup\winup.dll
(file missing)

Do a check for virus, trojans, spyware and adware. Use these sites
