wintab32.exe What is it??

GDay All,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what this file is? I found it in my
Windows/System32 Folder and at the time it was hogging my CPU time. I
removed it and so far the system seems to be working correctly, without the
huge slow down from this file. My Virus checker didn't report any Viruses
attached to the file.

I'm currently running Windows XP Pro with SP2 RC1 installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you havent installed anythng like that
then it may be a virus just using that name

Thanx for the info ceedee.

Now that I think about it some more, I do recall that the properties string
mentioned something about 'tablet', however, I dont have a wacom tablet
installed. I do have an AceCat Tablet installed though, go figure.
