WINT folder does not appear in windows explorer!!!!!

When i look in windows explorer for winnt folder it does not appear!!!!! if i
go to CMD, i can browse to the winnt folder!!!! How can i make the winnt
folder appear in windows explorer?
 
Explorer > Tools > folder options> view : set to show hidden and operating
system files.
