Winsock error messages

ERROR 500 NO DATA (Winsock error #11004)
Appears each time I attempt to upload files to my website.
Help please.
 
This error suggests that the dns name to ip address mapping is messed up for
your site. If the site belongs to your ISP you might talk to them.
