WinPE + HTA to write to local hardrive after I image

Hey all. I have a very nive WinPE utility I use to lay down an image. I
am trying to snap in an HTA that prompts a tech for some specifics
after the image gets laid down and before the first reboot into the
image (to minisetup etc).

My HTA runs and behaves fine, except that the information that I
collect with it will not write to disk. Its not a path or variable
issue, since in the course of troubleshooting I hardcoded everything
just to eliminate the possibility. If I execute the same HTA on an XP
machine everything works fine. If I pull the VBS code out of the HTA
and put it in a VBS file that works fine.

Any ideas?
