Winnt32.msi

How come when i click on this file nothing happens?? But
when i click on the Winnt32.exe the setup begins.

Anyone know how to do an automated upgrade with this .msi
file. by clicking i thought it would run. but no luck

The MSI package needs to be assigned or published with group policy to kick
off setup:
