winnt\system32\c_437.nls problem

Hi,

I applied a series of updates to my Windows 2000 Domain server, after that,
the server needed to be rebooted and couldn't start up again. There is a
problem with winnt\system32\c_437.nls file. I revised some docuementation
and it points to be a hardware failure.

Does someone of you can give me a tip on this problem?
