WINNT fonts

When I enter 'attrib boot.ini', I get 'A SH boot.ini'. When I
enter 'attrib -r boot.ini" I get 'Not resetting system file -
boot.ini'. And sure enough, no changes to the file.

I right-clicked on the file name in Explorer and checked the read-only
box. Then the attrib command gets 'A SHR boot.ini'! Trying to change
attributes from the command line does not seem to work on this
computer.

Thanks for the help. I will be watching to see if WINNT expands to
fill the available space.

attrib -h -s boot.ini
attrib +r +s +h boot.ini

+r adds read-only - removes read-only but first you must remove the hidden (- h) and system (- s) attributes then put them back (+r +s +h).
