winnet has encountered a problem

what is winnet it tells me to tell microsoft and to
send an error report i do and it comes right back up even
when i am not on line, like when i first log in. Winnet
is not in my add and remove area so how do i get rid of
it for good. thanks

Destroy. Run them to get rid of it.
