While on-line I repeatly receive this message "Winnet has encountered a problem and needs to close" I have sent a report and it indicates the "Common Name" option in my internet advanced settings. Could someone please remedy this problem with a simple answer.
Your assistance would greatly alter my frustration.

A Google search says this is spyware. Try running Adaware.
