WinMgmt.exe has generated errors

After re-installing Windows 2000 on a
HP laptop that originally came with Windows
2000, the following error will display
every so often.

WinMgmt.exe has generated errors
and will be closed by Windows. You
will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
(OK)

Anyone know how to stop this message
or know where the error log can be found?

Hi Ron,

Try running Drwtsn32.exe. In Dr Watson, it will have a log file path. You
can find the log and error information there.
