WinLogOn.exe Application Errors

The instruction @ 0x10017ef4 referenced memory @ 0x01398000. Memory could not be read. Then asks "Ok to terminate
or cancel to debug?" If I hit either ok or cancel I get the blue screen of death. Anyone have any ideas?

Same here . Here's what I get. Tried reinstalling net
compinents and the OS . No resolution.
