Winfix 2005 Popup Hack

Help!! I can't seem to get rid of this thing. It's causing my computer to
freeze. I've tried numerous programs to get rid of it , without success.
Anyone hip to this terrible hack?

Treeman, Just to let you know. Followed Bleeping computer fix. Edited the reg
the way they said and IT WORKED !!! Couldn't have done it without
your direction. Thanks again.....slacto
