Evertime I startup windows Professional XP, it crashes. It crashes when it's
loading up, and the logo and blue bar comes up. The blue bar stops, and the
computer crashes. I'm currently on another computer.
Last known good configuration doesn't work, and nor does the starting up
windows normally.
I don't kinow if safe mode works, and if it doesnt, what should I do?
And if safe mode does work, then what do I do?

Your windows XP have been given you the Opertuninty to Act early but you
didn't, you may have a Hardware/Software Problem, did you install any thing
recently on your computer like a printer, HDD, Camera software, DVD
player.etc...?.
Try to log into safe mode and open your Event Viewer and look for Error
messages and write them down and post them here in your next post.
If you can't then your option to start with Recovery Console, on how to
start with recovery console read this article:
To use recovery Console read this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314058/
If still no joy and you have precious/ Valubale Data then Hook the HDD to
another machine as a Slave, with the same OS and rescue your data.
Your problem lay in a Hardware or may Overheated System.
HTH.
Please let us know your outcome.

If the computer will start okay in Safe Mode then launch System
Restore and choose the most recent restore that is prior to the onset
of this problem.

Good luck
