I have done it three times and still cant get it to work. It says I need to
start it up with the old windows xp? When I get into where it asks about the
drivers part do I need to use fat32 or ntfs?I just need ,I guess the whole
rutine on how to download it to make it work. I thought it would be just plug
and play! Please if anyone can give me a push one way or another. My e-mail
is (e-mail address removed) Thanks

I'm afraid you're going to have to reword your questions. I can't make
out what went wrong or what you're really asking. You need to be much
more specific in describing the problems you're encountering. For
example, "drivers" have nothing to do with "fat32 or ntfs," so it's
obvious that you've omitted or misunderstood some critical details here.
What are you trying to "download?" It might help to number the
individual questions.

Sorry no email support. And you shouldn't post your real email address in a
