My daughter did something to my pc my operating system is
windows 2000.I bought the pc of ebay from a private
dealer,windows 2000 came with the pc all ready installed
I didnt receive the disk for it and now I cant log onto
my pc because its asking for a password and I have never
had a password before to log on,Its asking for a password
with the log on name as administrators I know nothing
about this since I only use my pc for checking email and
to do my banking I am totally lost.Please advise me what
to do so that I can log onto my pc.

Leave password blank, if still no joy, ask the supplier - he set it up!
However it may be that yr daughter set a password without realising.
A sys without the o/s disk is an accident waiting to happen - as yr about to
find out

If the password isn't blank and you feel brave (or know someone who
is!) then try using this tool to set the administrator password back
to something you know (or blank)
