Generally you would know if you had 64-Bit, but when in doubt type winver
from the command line and look for 64-Bit somewhere in the popup box.

If you computer is uses any of hte following processors
then you are using 32-bit:
Intel Pentium, Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium 4 (HT),
Celeron
AMD Athlon or Duron, K6, K6-2, K5, Athlon XP, Athlon MP
Cyrix M2, M3, VIA C3
IBM 5x86, 6x86
Intel 386, 486.
AMD 386, 486.
Intel Xeon, Intel Pentium Pro

You are not using 32-bit if you are using any of the
following:
Intel Itanium, AMD Opteron 64.

Windows XP Home is only offered in the 32-bit version.

Right-Click "My Computer"
Click on "Properties"
On the General Tab is all the info re the installed Windows version. Unless
it SPECIFICALLY mentions 64-bit, then you have 32-bit.
