I reinstalled windows XP computer because the regestry
was damaged on my old windows due to blaster. The problem
is I still have the old windowsXP how do I delete the old
windows? When I reboot it ask me which windows I want to
run! HELP

In such a case you should really back up your data (because it will get
deleted) and do a clean install, formatting the disk. You do it as part
of a reinstall of the system after booting the XP CD direct. Enter
Setup, and after the license agreement take New Install. When it asks
you to confirm where, hit ESC; select and delete the current partition
and make a new RAW one to be formatted at the next stage
