windows xp

I have upgraded to windows xp from windows '98. I want
to back up files and folders to a floppy or cd and did so
by programs/accessories/system tools/back up. Well low
and behold there is no choice for back up. I can not
access the back up wizard in any way that I know of. Is
this option disabled or did I get a bad copy of the
upgrade??

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

You obviously have Home edition. It's not installed by default.
