A user has choose screen saver with password protection on
resume. It is not accepting his password and he needs to
force a logoff in order to log back onto the PC. Does
anyone know what could be causing this? Any assistance
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

What is causing this is that the user has forgotten his/her password and
is not entering in the correct one. He/she should disable to
screensaver password or set a different one that is memorable.
Passwords in XP are case sensitive.
