windows xp

I saw a posting on craigs list for a windows xp install disc with
registration key. I was wondering if this was a good price. I heard from
a few friends that I may not be able to use it because there's a limit
to the amount of times it could be installed and it may have been at
it's limit.

Dont know the price since you failed to post price or specific website.
There is no limit on how many times you can install a retail full version of
XP..........but how do you know it was uninstalled??
or as you might be aware that in order to upgrade from XP to Vista XP needs
to be installed and this upgrade invalidates the registration key of
XP..what did the previous owner do with XP?? why is he selling??
