Windows XP

I just removed a ton of viruses from a computer. Since
removing executables will not work. Windows says it can't
find the file when it's obvious it's there cause I double
clicked on it. Also can't get into Add and Remove
Software. Any Suggestions. Do I have to reload XP?

Never mind this is a sircam virus problem and I jumped to
quick to find the answer here. Sorry for the waste of
bandwidth.
