Had to replace my harddrive recently. Decided to upgrade
from Windows ME (caused so many problems)Now that I have
XP installed, I can't access my e-mail!I get a message
that windows cant activate Outlook Express because it
can't initialize MSOE.DLL. Any ideas?

Go to MVP Kelly's web site:

Click on the letter "O" and scroll on down to Outlook Express. Follow
the hints she has there.
