that ntrootkit.exe needs to close.
Apologies are offered.
What is that about?
Important ? or should I just live with it?

No you do not want that. It is a worm(virus). You should always run an
anti-virus program with updated virus definitions, as this is related to a
well known worm, the MS Blaster worm. A updated and patched system, using
windows update, and running a current anti-virus program and using a
firewall at all times would not be effected by this. Removal insturctions
