windows xp

I keep losing my windows xp. I have to use my restore CD
to get it back. Everytime I try to bootup The screen says
windows system failure. This just started two days ago .
Can anybody tell me what to do?

Hi! Dale!
Have you tried in Safe Mode? or,last known good configuration?
And try:-
"repair installation xp"
