I cannot get past the windows starting window. It goes to a blank screen. I
know that there is a corrupt file but all the answers tell me that I need to
fix it after I boot the computer, that's the problem. I cannot boot the
computer to get to
Windows. I've tried to download the utilities but I never get to the window
that asks to press R when it starts. What should I do?
